The rates displayed on the website are for an occupancy of 2 people per bedroom.

It is possible to add up to 2 extra people per villa. The extra cost IDR 510,000/night/person.

Up to 4 infants (up to 2 years old) per villa can stay for free.

• Minimum stay: 2 nights

• Official rates are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).

• For reservations made more than 6 months prior to arrival, a 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, followed by an additional 30% payment due 6 months before arrival.

• For reservations made within 6 months of arrival, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Payment can be settled by credit card (3% payment processing fee) or by bank transfer.

Cancellations made 181 days or more prior to the start of the rental period will result in the forfeiture of 20% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations made between 31 and 180 days prior to the start of the rental period will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total rental amount.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the rental period will result in the forfeiture of 100% of all payments made.

A security deposit of IDR 6,000,000 (or equivalent in another currency) is required in cash upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided no damage or loss has occurred during the stay.

Pets are not permitted at the villa.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only.

Events, parties, and gatherings may be arranged with prior approval from management.

Outside visitors are subject to prior approval from management.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum after 9:00 PM.

Music is welcome at a respectful level. Small Bluetooth speakers may be used for background music, provided the sound is not audible beyond the property. Use of larger or professional sound systems requires prior approval from management.
